Student of the Month
Our student of the month for August is Victoria Nguyen.
Victoria is 13 years old and a gold belt in kenpo karate. She has been here at Innovative Martial Arts Academy for one year. One of many things that stands out with Victoria is precision and crispness in her techniques. She definitely has what it takes to make an outstanding black belt.
Victoria wants to be a photographer when she gets a little older. Her favorite song is 'Shine For You'.

Lil' Ninja of the Month
Our Lil' Ninja of the month for August is Alex Henderson.
Alex is 5 years old and a yellow belt in Lil' Ninja Karate. He is one of the best listeners in class and does a great job in participating in our Life Skill discussions. Alex is also very fast at delivering his punches.
Alex wants to be a 'Transformer' maker when he gets a little bit older. His favorite song is the 'Transformer' theme song. Hmmmm, do you think maybe he likes 'Transformers'?

Innovative Martial Arts Academy would like to wish the following students a happy birthday:
OPEN HOUSE
Innovative Martial Arts Academy is having an Open House and Fun Day on September 11th. I'd like to have maximum participation on that day with our regular students. We plan on giving out prizes, free food, and free introductory classes all day long. Not to mention demonstrations that the current students will be participating in.
I'd like to have the current students chat this up with your friends at school, on facebook, etc. and invite as many people as you can. I'm looking forward to it.
